Urban Construction Group has done many projects with various public agencies in the state of Texas and has been very successful in completing all its projects with highest quality and on time. Urban has done similar project in size and scope in shorter period of time and less accessibility to the project sites, six alleys in Plano. Because of our performance in this project, City of Plano awarded Urban with an extra alley replacement in form of a modification to our contract. Urban completed this project with zero complain from the neighbors which was the result of our site supervisors coordination and communication with them. Urban management team has extensive knowledge and experience in construction. They offer technical expertise, management skills and sincere commitment to client. Because our team members have been in all construction entities, contractor, subcontractor, and construction management, they understand the problems and they know the solutions. Urban utilizes its own forces for execution of our projects which affects the quality of work, time of completion, and facilitate coordination and communication with the owner.
