Project Description
The City of Coppell Public Works department is currently seeking a proposal for irrigation repair
and landscaping within the City of Coppell's right of way.The existing condition of the right of
way is in a defective state along several residential tracts along Heather Glen Dr, Edgewood Dr,
and Highland Meadow Cir. In an effort to rectify this defective work, we are requesting a
proposal using the existing contractual irrigation man hours with our Parks department with
AALC to correct the known irrigation issues, replace defective landscaping, and dispatch
irrigation repair services for unknown anticipated irrigation repair for the upcoming summer
months.
Project Scope
Several locations on Highland Meadow Cir and Edgewood, have defective sod and faulty
irrigation. Additional services will need to be rendered when irrigation issues arise along the
right of way on the respective roads.
Scope:
-Install the correct species of sod in an aesthetically professional manner where required
-Repair faulty irrigation based on quantified man hours
-Restore drainage popup line to provide adequate drainage
-Fill in subsidence around sanitary clean outs and water meter cans.

204-- Remove and replace St.Augustine sod in affected work areas(35'x 9'); install up to 40 sq.yds.
127 -- Remove and replace St.Augustine sod in affected work areas (60'x 1'); install up to 10 sq. yds.
119 & 123—Between these two residences, we recommend extending the existing drain line and NDS
pop-up emitter all the way out to the edge of the sidewalk. This in turn will reduce drainage across the
lawn, and allow for runoff to pass curbside during periods of rainfall.
