Advance Contracting Group known as ACG was stablished in 2003 by Joe Tabaee and Mort Tabaie and
had completed numorous projects by 2007 .
Joe Tabaee is also founder and 49% share holder of Urban construction Group,which have carried out
many projects with various public entetties for the last six years in the state of Texas and have been very
successful in completing all tasks assigned with highest quality and in timely manner.
ACG management team has extensive knowledge and experience in construction. They offer technical
expertise,management skills and sincere commitment to client. Because our team members have been in
all construction entities, contractor, subcontractor, and construction management,they understand the
problems in hand and they have the solutions.
ACG's task forces are Mr joe Tabaee's groupe from his previous projects with Urban they have been
with Joe for the last 6 years and are very familiar with Construction quality and safety culture.
Mr Tabaee is in position of his owne construction equipment from his perivious projects.
Safety rules ®ulations have been a very strong agenda in Joe's organization, always commited to the
safety of its own crew and public with zero tolerance policy.
ACG has been awarded by Dart a contract for upgrading NW Plano Park& Ride for the contract sum

Urban Construction Group has done many projects with various public agencies in the state of Texas and
has been very successful in completing all its projects with highest quality and timely manner.
Urban has done similar project in size and scope in shorter period of time and less accessibility to the
project sites, 6 Alleys in Plano. Because of our performance in this project, City of Plano awarded Urban
with an extra alley replacement in form of a modification to our contract. Urban completed this project
with zero complain from the neighbors which was the result of our site supervisors coordination and
communication with them.
Urban management team has extensive knowledge and experience in construction.They offer technical
expertise,management skills and sincere commitment to client. Because our team members have been in
all construction entities, contractor, subcontractor, and construction management,they understand the
problems and they know the solutions.
Urban utilizes its own forces for execution of our projects which affects the quality of work,time of
completion, and facilitate coordination and communication with the owner. Our crew for upcoming
project has been working with Urban for last 6 years and is very familiar with Urban Construction quality
and safety culture.Urban has used similar equipment in its last four projects,Union Station,Alley
Replacement,Plano Trail, and DART Transit Centers.
Urban has followed its safety plan strongly, and has been commited to the safety of its own crew and
public with no tolerance policy.
