Site Conditions: The site was dry and in good condition.
WORK DESCRIPTION
1. A meeting was held with Larry Davis, Richard Gee, Gary Hendricks, Matt Hiekey and Roy Twombley to
discuss the revised testing scope. Richard Gee showed concern over the amount of shotcrete samples required
for each test panel. Natgun requires six samples to be tested per test panel, while Richard Gee estimated four
samples per test panel. Larry Davis indicated that he would check the amount of testing samples used in the
existing ground storage tank.
2. One hundred eighty one piers have been completed.
3. Four drilling rigs, one lift, one backhoe, one skytrack and one concrete truck were operating on the site.
4. Steel workers were on site and constructing the steel cages for the piers.
