Problem Identification or Question:
There are 2 existing trees that will be in the way of our gabions; where it turns into the bank. Should we remove these
trees or can we go around them?

Suggested Resolution:
See attached drawing with proposal for going around existing trees. With previous discussions with the homeowners they
do not want to lose the trees. We can go around them by changing the angle. We suggest this approach.

Resolution
Per request of contractor and approval of city inspector, TNP will adjust the Beginning wall station location and extend
walltowards the west eight ft. (8 ft.) to save the larger oak tree but the smaller tree will need to be removed since it is too
far down the hill and interfereswith top of wall finish grading.Per discussion with contractor field representative no change
order request will be required for this alterationin wall alignment. See attached drawing sheet 4, Revision 1 for drawing
changes.
