On the downstream side, if we follow the plans accordingly we will run into the homeowners’ property, fence, and
encounter trees. How would you like us to proceed?

Resolution
Per request of contractor and approval of city inspector, TNP Engineer willadjust east top end of gabion basket wall to
make it shorter per contractor mark-up since wall embedment into channel bank is several feet and scour should not be
an issue. See attached drawing sheet 4, Revision 1 for drawing changes.
