Yes, your procedure is correct, performance test 4 anchors per row and proof test the rest of
the anchors in the same row. Regarding the RFI’s, I believe we forwarded RFI 3 was issued
yesterday to Mike Garza and RFI 2 and 4 will be issued shortly after a brief internal QC review.

Keith, could you please clarify how many anchors are to be performance tested and how many are to be proof tested.
We completed the performance testing of 4 anchors in TB Row 5 (all looked good). We will proof test the rest of the
anchors in TB Row 5 tomorrow per Terracon’s Geotechnical Report. Just wanted to be sure this is correct and that we
should be doing this for each row of anchors. I will forward the testing results to you when I get them from ARK.
I was also wondering how close we are to getting answers on the RFI’s pertaining to the ends of the gabion walls, RFI # 2
and #3.

Mike, I spoke to Mark North with ARC Construction and everyone is on-board with the 15
degree anchor installation and our RFI No. 1 response. Another concern Mr. Estler brought up
was the top anchor row clearance from the adjacent property owner’s pool. We had CAD
verified and determined the maximum distance of the anchor ends along the top row will be
at the property line, far away from the pool and associated underground pool equipment.
Hope this resolves any questions you may have, but let us know if anything else requires
clarification.
