Floor Slab from Grid Lines 3 to 5 - entire width of building.
Sheet S-1.0 construction joint details; Sheet S-2.0 reinforcing steel note.
The following deviations were observed:
1. Reinforcing steel is not supported by chairs; according to Sheet S-2.0, steel should be 1-1/2" down
from top of concrete.
2. Twenty -four (24) gauge keyway is missing from construction joints that is called for on Sheet S-1.0.
These deviations were brought to the attention of Jerome Baldwin.

No deviations were observed. All reinforcing steel appeared
to be placed in accordance with contract documents & CRSl.
