Location: 196 FREEPORT PKWY
Note: 196 Freeport pkwy. walk thru has two cracks at left entrance approach and two other cracks with curb on right
entrance approach and will need to be routed and sealed. Also a crack at the rear of the building near the dock doors
suit 200 that needs to be routed and sealed. Another crack at the door way entrance right side of building that needs
routing and seal suit 100 by the curb. Last observation is at the door way entrance right side of building above ADA ramp
that will also need to be routed and sealed. This walk thru was completed by steets dept. Roy C. today Nov.21 2017.
Meet at 9:30 AM on Tuesday 11/21/2017.
