This property is being developed in the floodplain area, therefore a floodplain study will
be required prior to the placement of any fill on the site.
The existing sanitary sewer is installed on a flat grade. It is doubtful whether or not it can
be rerouted around the location of the proposed structure. Therefore, the structure should
be moved forward out of the existing easement.
A fire hydrant will be required on site.
The various impact fees associated with this site such as water, sewer, parks and roadway
will be required to be paid.
The curb return radius to DeForest Road should be shown.
Provide additional information concerning the drainage at the driveway.
The easement should be shown on the face of the plat.
Floodplain should be shown on the face of the plat.
The standard floodplain note and the signature block for the floodplain administrator should
be shown on the face of the plat.
A double check valve is required for the service and the irrigation meter.
