Dear Mr. Borden:
The east half of Samuels Boulevard paving, although it meets
City of Coppell specifications and requirements, cannot be
classified as a final acceptance. Final acceptance to the above
referenced project require as-built drawings and one-year
maintenance bonds in the amount of 10% from both utility and
paving contractors. Until these requirements have been met,
final acceptance cannot be acknowledged.
