you will recommend that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued for George-
town Plaza Shopping Center upon completion of sealing all parking lot
and fire lane joints and upon passing the final utility inspection. In
consideration of this, we will promise to act with due diligence and good
faith in providing our share of the required traffic signs and street
markings that are determined to be necessary by yourself and the City
of Coppell. for Samuel Boulevard.
