WORK DESCRIPTION
1. Eighty nine piers have been completed.
2. The defective pier is completed at a depth of 49 feet.
3 One pier was drilled and another was poured..
4. Safety caps were placed on all exposed steel from the piers.
5. One drilling rig was out of service and will be replaced.
6. Larry Davis requested that 1% of the piers completed need to have their elevations verified by our survey
crew. *
· We are to schedule the survey by our crew for later this week.
7. Larry Davis showed concern over the removal of excess drilling debris on the select fill of the pad.**
· * We are to verify the contractor's efforts for this phase of construction and report back to Larry Davis.
8. Two drilling rigs, one lift, one backhoe, one Sky Track and two concrete trucks were on site.
