RE: Mannatech Fiberoptic Conduit Plan
Dear Mr. Story,
Attached is the set of marked up plans for the Mannatech Fiber Optic Conduit Plan proposed in thc City
of Coppell right-of-way. Please address all the comments on the plan and submit revised plans showing
changes. Also, thc right-of-way usc agreement was approved at thc March 10, 1998 City Council
Meeting. The agreement documents enclosed need to be signed and returned to the City.
Before the conduit plans are approved by the City, we will need to receive letters from all the franchise
utilities in the City of Coppcll indicating that there will be no conflicts with their existing lines in the
right-of way of Royal Lane and Creek'view.

Enclosed are Lone Star Oas facilities maps for the area of the proposed set of fiber optic
conduit plans along Royal Lane from North of Gateview Blvd. to Creekview Drive in
Coppell, Texas.
Lone Star Gas maintains a 4-inch Polyethylene main running on the West side of Royal
Lane from North of Gateview Blvd. to South of Creekview Dr. A 3-inch main extension
exists on the North side of both Oateview Blvd. and Creekview Dr. which extends off the
4-inch main from Royal Ln.' Another 3-inch main extension extends from the 4-inch
main arid runs Emt on the South side of Creekview Dr. All main maintains intermediate
pressure of approximately 12 to 22 pounds.
Upon review of your plans, I think that there may be some conflict in the crossing of
Royal Lane on the south side of Creekview Drive. ff a conflict does indeed exist, you
will need to either make adjustments to your design, or we can move our t'aeilities at the
expense of the company installing the fiber conduit. Keep in mind that the facilities maps
provided are not to be considered exact locations. It appears that the proposed conduit
system should clear our facilities adequately with respect to thc rest of thc project area,
but a physical locate will need to be called in prior to construction.
