Site Conditions: The site was maintained and in good condition.
WORK DESCRIPTION
1. Thirty five piers have been completed.
2. The pier that has to be removed still contains concrete. The pier will be drilled to a 50 foot depth.
3. One of the encasements could not be removed from the pier. The encasement was left in place and cut.
4. The length of the pier encasements were increased due to ground water problems.
5. A steel stress plate was encountered during drilling on the west side of the pad. The plate was excavated on the
storage tank pad by open cut.
6. The temporary driveway to the work area was installed.
7. I did not meet with Larry Davis.
8. Two pier drilling rigs, one backhoe, and one crane were on site.
9. A storage trailer was placed next to the office.
