Due to a change in management at Lone Star Gas, we have not been able to receive any response
on the additional storm sewer line in the LSG easement. Therefore, we will not start any
construction in the LSG easement until the issue has been resolved. However, we would like to
start construction on the downstream portion of the system immediately to minimize the effect of
house construction and to utilize an available contractor.
