RE: Second Construction Review Comments for Freeport North Distribution/MEPC III
Dear Mr. Acker:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. On the water and sewer plan, provide fire protection plans for the fire lines, upsize the 6"
sewer line "A" to an 8" sewer line.
2. All water meters to be placed in right-of-way or easements outside of paving.
3. On the storm drainage plan, show the water and sewer lines also.
4. On the left mm lane plan, install a double row of white 4" Type I double reflective buttons
at 30" o.c.
5. On the dimensional control plan, construct 30 foot radii at all ingress/egress points for fire
tracks.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
