Dear Mr. Virtanen,
Thank you for taking time to review this project and time schedule with me. As I
understand our conversation, you will allow us to plat this property once all of the
required easements are discovered and correctly identified.
I also understand that the City will allow the permit process to not be impeded by the
platting process, and that site and building plans will be reviewed and permits issued
without the plat complete. Please convey this information to the building inspection
department, so that our project will be inspected when we make requests.
We appreciate the City of Coppell working with us, once again, in our fast-paced building
