Please hold all C.O.'s and building permits for Lots 13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, & 21, Block A in the
Georgian Place subdivision. The city was contacted by the engineer for this development (Tipton
Engineering) about a proposed drainage system which could be installed across the front or the back of
the above listed properties. This will require separate instrument documents dedicating a drainage
easement across each property. At this time the exact location has not been approved. Once the
Engineering Department has approved a design and separate instrument documents have been provided
I will contact you to release the lots. Thank you for your assistance.
