A few months ago we sent you a "Construction Project Report" (Form C-700, C-700(SL), or
C-700(R)), requesting information about a construction project owned by your
organization. At that time, you informed us that construction work had not yet started
and indicated an expected start date. We are now returning the form to you to ask if the
project has started.
If it has started, please verify the project description and location, enter the start date,
total cost estimates of the project, and number of square feet in the project (if requested).
Also enter the value of work put in place each month since the start of construction.
Hereafter, we will ask you to report only a single figure each month for the construction
value put in place, until the project is completed. If the project still has not started, please
enter the expected start date.
