Block A in the above mentioned subdivision arc within tolerance of+ 0.3 fcct of thc April 21,
1999, lot grading plan elevations.
Thc balance of the lots will l~ finished when we obtain the dirt from Ed Bell Construction when
they begin construction of Sandy Lake Road.
