Subject: Georgian Place Development
Dear Mr. Martin:
Reg Crump, Belle Vista, L.L.P., has contracted with TXU Electric to relocate an
existing single pole tangent structure to facilitate an entrance road into the
Georgian Place Development. This project is being accomplished in accordance
with Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) guidelines and is completely
reimbursable from Belle Vista, L.L.P. to TXU Electric.
The proposed location for the relocated tangent structure is on the existing
centerline. Locating the structure off of the existing centerline would require
replacing additional structures because of the line angle induced. This would
result in additional expenses to Belle Vista, L.L.P.
TXU Electric has contracted with Trinity Utilities to complete the structure
relocation. According to our conversation earlier this week, the City of Coppell
is not requiring any permitting for this project. Please notify me directly with
