Block A in the above mentioned subdivision are within tolerance of+ 0.3 feet of thc April 21,
1999, lot grading plan elevations.
The balance of the lots will be finished when we obtain the dirt from Ed Bell Construction when
they begin construction of Sandy Lake Road.
