Dear Mr. Martin:
Rog Crump is planning a development that will bc located west of Denton Tap
and south of Sandy Lake Road in the City of Coppell. The location of the entrance road
to this new development will require the relocation of an existing TXU single wood pole
transmission sU~cture. The most efficient and cost effective location tbr this relocation is
approximately 60 east of its current location and maintaining a straight line from the
structures west of this pole. Moving the erected pole south of its current location will
place an angle of the structures to the west and will result in those structures also
requiring replacement. It is my understm~ding that the proposed new pole location could
be in conflict with the future Sandy Lake Road expansion.
It is my request that the pole be relocated as proposed with thc understanding that
any expansion of Sandy Lake Road to the south would effect the remainder of this
transmission line. Thc transmission line relocation could then be planned and relocated
to meet the requirements of the new Sandy Lake Road when approved construction plans
are available.
