Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with
a copy o f the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $107,525.00 and forward
to the Finance Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This mount is
a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to Council approval. Please refer
to the attached table for additional fees. Also provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or
contract to our office so the construction inspection fees can be assessed.'
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to
verify the payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project: 'We
