1. Consider realigning Whispering Hills to match up with Summer Place so that the
entrance will line up with a proposed median opening when Sandy Lake is built.
2. Show the correct sight visibility triangles at subdivision entrance.
3. Please label area behind lots 1 & 7-13. Is this to be part of lots or common area to
be maintained by Homeowner's Association?

1. Consider realigning Whispering Hills to match up with Summer Place so that the
entrance will llne up with a proposed median opening when Sandy Lake is built.
2. Show the correct number of lots.
3. Show the floodplain signature block and franchise utility block.
4. Provide fight-of-way corner clips and show on plat.
5. Show sight visibility triangles at subdivision entrance.
6. Provide a 30' utility easement for future water transmission line.
7. Show a 20' utility easement between lots 4 & 5.
8. Make sure a f'we truck can make turning movement around Lot 9.
9. Show location and distance of existing streets on north side of Sandy Lake Road.
Preliminary Water and Sewer Plan Comments:
1. Provide a minimum sewer line size of 8".
Drainage Plan Comments:
1. Need a system to pick up the 11.7 cfs, so it does not discharge to Sandy Lake.
2. Show where the drainage goes for the 0.7 acre area.
3. Use c=0.65 as per Dallas Drainage Design Manual for SF 7 lots.
4. Provide survey and plan of existing ditch on Sandy Lake and Whispering Hills.
5. Intercept the water on the north/south section of the road instead of the enst/west
section by Lots 4 and 6.
