Show the correct sight visibility triangles for streets intersecting Sandy Lake Road and Whispering Hills Dr. 3. Provide note on plat indicating variance of alleys. 4. Need to insure fire apparatus can maneuver around the turn by Lot 9, Block B. 5. Any fencing in the existing Lone Star Gas easement must be approved by Lone Star Gas. 6. Provide a metes and bounds description of the area to be deeded to Homeowner's Association in Whispering Hills Addition. Landscape Plans 7. Show sidewalk along Whispering Hills Drive. 8. Need approval from TU on types of trees to be planted in their transmission easement. Preliminary Water & Sanitary Sewer Plans 9. Provide 45 degree bends in water line 10.
