Gentlemen:
Submitted here are the results of testing and observation of
construction materials at the referenced project. This report
addresses the activities of July 8, 1994.
On the referenced date, a sample of the imported fill was obtained,
and returned to the laboratory for development of an optimum
moisture-density relationship (Standard Proctor Curve). Test results
are attached as Plate 1.
