Gentlemen:
Submitted here are the results of testing and observation of
construction materials at the referenced project. This report
addresses the activities of April 27, 1994.
On the referenced date, a sample of the "select" fill was obtained.
The sample was tested for Atterberg Limits [Plastically Index (PI)].
The "select" fill met project specifications. An optimum moisture
maximum density curve (Standard Proctor Curve) was therefore
developed. The results of the Atterberg Limit test are shown on the
moisture-density curve, Plate 1 (Curve No. 1) attached.
