I tried to get in touch with you the other day and didn't hear bac c from you so I just
wanted to send you a quick note to let you know where we are on the Creekview
Drive plans.
The Preliminary Plans on Creekview are ready but we were wi~ting on information
from Pacheco Koch on Freeport Parkway. They sent us some sheets via e-mail
back on August 22~d and their plans didn't coincide with ours so they made some
revisions and sent us some revised drawings on September 14tr, I had planned on
getting Preliminary Plans to you on the 15m, per our contract, bu-iwe are currently in
the process of incorporating PK's revisions into our plans for F eeport Parkway. I
would like to get you a set of Preliminary Plans sometime next week. Once you have
had a chance to look over the plans I would like to get togedqer with you, and
Pacheco Koch, so that we can coordinate the utilities and the limil:f of the paving.
