Dear Mr. Martin:
Enclosed herewith please find the responses to comments contained on City's Plan
Review Sheet dated 6/27/00.
1. Plans have been modified to show 30 Ibs. per square yard as the minimum.
2. Plans reflect the change from jiggle bars to double round white reflective buttons.
3. Sign added to plans in both directions and are located in the median nose.
4. This note was added in the General Notes and is located on Sheets C-1.0, C-2.4.

6. Plans have been modified as requested
7. As per our conversation it is my understanding that Hill & Wilkinson will remove
that pavement which is required to install the sanitary sewer line to the existing
manhole. These plans have been modified to show the additional pavement
which will be required the replace that which was removed.
8. As per my conversation with Brad Reid (Park Planning and Landscape Manager)
he stated that he did not believe that any mitigation will be required with-in a
public dedicated Right of Way, but that he would notify Pacheco Koch after
checking into it. A fence is located with in the Right of Way, Duke Weeks will
contact the church to see if replacing it will be an issue.

10. Plans have been modified to show the placement of a "Dead End" sign.
11. Plans have been modified to so that all grading will take place within the public
Right of Way. An easement should not be required.
12. The Drainage Area Map (C-2.2) has been modified to show the offsite elevations
to the west. These Contours will show that Creekview Drive is located on a ridge
which acts as a drainage divide between Freeport North and the Church's
property.
13. Plans have been modified to show that Drainage Area three extends to Bethel
Road.
14. During the course of designing the this road a preliminary layout of Creekview
Drive from the existing end of pavement to Bethel Road was generated. This
layout shows that the entire road has the capacity and slope to drain all portions
of the Right of Way to the two curb inlets provided.

15. Plans have been modified to show a proposed 20-foot drainage easement for Lateral "A-18"
and Line "ST-2". Pacheco Koch is in the process of generating an exhibit for the dedication,
once completed and signed by the owner it will be forwarded to the City of Coppell.
