RE: Proposed Lakeside Parkway
Dear Ken:
Enclosed are copies of the construction drawings for the proposed Lakeside
Parkway in the area where it will cross a portion of the City of Coppell and connect
to Freeport Parkway. As discussed in our meeting on October 26, 2000, we are
currently negotiating an intedocal agreement with the City of Grapevine which
includes maintenance and police services for the roadway. Please review the
drawings and advise of your comments as well as any other requirements and/or
agreements necessary for approval by the City of Coppell to allow the Town of
Flower Mound to construct the proposed roadway within your city limits.
