This memo is written to alert you that the construction plans show a proposed inlet in the alley
behind Lot 3, Block F of Gibbs Station. This lot is located on Brown Trail. When standing in
Brown Trail looking at Lot 3, the inlet is on the right hand side of the lot, in the alley.
Therefore, when the site plan for the house comes in, the garage should be situated on the left
hand side of the lot. Hopefully, this will avert the recent problems we've had with driveways
conflicting with the existing inlets in the alleys.
If you should have any questions when the permit has been pulled for this site, please feel free
to contact the engineering department for further verification. The plat has not been filed yet and
you may not have a current file on it. However, this is sent as information during the review of
the construction plans.
