Please allow this letter to serve as official notification that the streets of the referenced project
will be public right-of-way upon final acceptance by the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas.
We have been informed by the L. H. Lacy Co. that the Plant site is contiguous to this proposed
right-of-way and therefore, they have requested exemption from public notice.
