Dear Shohre:
The purpose of this letter is to confLrm the Lakes of Coppell Owners' Associations
intentions to accept maintenance responsibilities for the furore common area within Gibbs
Station. The common area is generally described as MacArthur Boulevard parkways
between the project wall and street curb. The wall will be a part of the common area
improvements.
Prior to the Owners' Association acceptance certain requirements must be met. These
include Architectural Review Committee approval, installation according to approved plans,
first years maintenance completed by the developer, acceptance inspection and related
documents for easement or deed formally recorded. To date, the common area has
received Architectural. Review Committee approval.
