Dear Gary:
Our builders, Huntington Homes and David Weekley Homes, are
preparing to start construction of their model homes in Gibbs
Station. These models will be built on Lots 38-41 of Block F.
These-lots face on Village Parkway, an existing paved street
which has existing water and sewer lines in place.
We recently returned the recorded Final Plat to your office,
and delivered copies to the Building Inspection Department for
street addresses. We would therefore request that the necessary
steps be taken among the City departments to expedite release
of building permits for these model homes.
