Follow-up to December 30, 1992 Memo Concerning John Burns
January 18, 1993
This is a follow-up report for the memo dated December 30, 1992 regarding the investigation
in response to a letter concerning John Burns. On Saturday, January 16, 1993, an asphalt
overlay was completed as agreed upon by Mr. Burns and Craig Knight, the developer of Gibbs
Station. Attached is a letter with Mr. Burns' signature indicating he has agreed to the asphalt
overlay and that he also understands that water will drain onto his property in the future.

I, John Bums, agree to changes made through Mr. Craig Knight, developer of Gibbs Station,
to the asphalt overlay on my driveway and also understand that water will drain onto my
