Griffin, P.E., Assistant City Manager/City Engineer Engineering Comments for June 2, 1994 June 6, 1994 Waterside Estates No. 3 Addition, Final Plat, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Parkway Boulevard and MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. The wall and landscape easement adjacent to Parkway Blvd. should be 15 foot. Consideration should be given to relocating the 20 foot drainage easement from between Lots 14 and 15, Block G to between Lots 13 and 14, Block G. This will allow more buildable area on Lot 15, Block G. Gibbs S~tion, Phase One Addition, Replat, located generally south and east of the intersection of Beverly Drive and Creek Crossing, at the request of Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. 1. The entire floodplain note should be shown on the face of the plat. 2. The floodplain should be shown across LOt 1-R. The drainage easement across LOt 1-R should be a minimum of 20 foot. There should be a note on the face of the plat clearly stating who will be maintaining the floodway easement. 4. The boundary of the floodplain/floodway should be shown on the April 15, 1994 map.
