RE: Inlet Boxes on Lakeshore
The following is a survey of subject inlet boxes:
1. Box No. 1, Lakeshore & Crestside - Box fell backward;
throat cracked; 18" pipe has bad joint.
2. Box No. 2 - Throat cracked; all that was visible was one
bad joint 3 feet into pipe; box looks like it fell.
3. Box No. 3 - Throat severely cracked; one joint has been
repaired at some time in the past.
4. Box No. 4 - This box has one of the better throats; 18 inch
pipe makes a 45 degree turn, could not get a good picture.
5. Box No. 5 - Box looks as though it fell; throat looks good.
6. Box No. 6 - Throat cracked severely; box seems to have
fallen.
Included in this packet are video and pictures of the above inlet
boxes.
