REMARKS Enclosed please find two (2) copies, as requested, of the Site Exhibit
as revised. The only revisions included are the addition of a fire hydrant near
the southwest corner of the building. This addition will bring all parts of the
building within 150' of a fire hydrant as noted by Troy Glidewell, Fire Marshal.
As for Texas Power and Light's comments, the developer has agreed to pay for the
placement of underground utilities. The final page of the DRC summary contains
a remark by Dale Jackson, that the Fire Lane must be 24' Wide. In a phone conversation
with the Fire Chief, he has agreed to a 20' fire lane.
It is my understanding that we are to be in the council chambers at 9:45 am., Wed.,
November 4th. It is also my understanding that we will need 22 copies of an architectural
coPY TO rendering to your office by 5:00 pm. November 12th.
