RE: Gifford Hill Batch Plant at Hwy 121
Please request Linda Varonich to assist you in touring the above
referenced batch plant and analyzing the impact of this plant as it
relates to the abatement program that you and Linda are currently
evaluating. At the City Council meeting of September 13, 1988, a
representative of Gifford Hill went over the various improvements
they proposed at this site. It was briefly discussed the- recycling
process that takes place at that batch plant.
At this point I'm unclear whether or not there is any discharge into
the Denton Creek. Primarily that is my concern and I would ask that
you and Linda address that issue.
