4. The 18" RCP on the east side of the lube center should be a public system as it is
draining two separate lots.
Utility Plan Sheet C1.02
5. Double check valve should be provided at the domestic water meters.
6. Six inch sanitary sewer line in the 25' fire lane east of the lube center should be an 8"
public line because it serves two properties. It also should be relocated out from under
the concrete paving of the fire lane.
