RE-' Follow Up Walk Wilrough on Olbbs Station Ph~II
Utilities peraonn~ performed a follow-up walk-through on the above referenced project and
t. he following items remain deficient:
1. Manhole at STA #12 + 90.31 Line B - Bottom bmld on chimney seal nee, Lis
ti§htonod. Also nor, ds a rain pan,
2. Sta #1 + 63.70 - Manhole chimney seal ne~ds r~et and dirt cleaned out of
bottom. Set chimney seal area' grouting in and outside of ring.
3. STA #0 + 00 Ln B - Remove bucket inside manhole - tigllttnl bottom band.
4. Valves in pavement at Oibbs Crossing and VJllag~ Parkway need 2' x 2'
blockouts~ not street cuts. Repair at both ends of street.
Lots 1- 4 Block D - Dirt contractor needs to be brought back to repair existing
lot clean outs and existing meter service can.
6, Wall contractors nord to uncover and expose existing manholes and water
valves on MacArthur easement.
7. Exising mainline valve at Lot 6 Block B ne~exis stacked and hole filled in and
pad repoured.
8. ]-~t 14 Block # - Sewer clean out is missing.
9, Manhole at gta/?2 -t- 30 Ln D - Tigl~ten bottom band on chimney seal.
Plea,so eaxsu~ that the,se items are corrected prior to acceptance of ~his project.
