We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the completion of
Concrete Repair:
Saw cut and remove existing concrete pavement and concrete
median at the intersection of Southwestern Blvd g Freeport
Parkway. Excavate to a depth of 12 inches below top of
existing concrete. Remove all spoil from job site. Place
8 inches of Cement Treated Base. Pave with 8 inches of
6 Sack, 3500 psi concrete, reinforced with ~3 rebar on 24
inch centers, dowelled into adjacent concrete on 12 inch
centers.
Price: $6,861.00
All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with
the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workman-
like manner for the sum ofSix Thousand, :Eight Hundred Sixty- Dollars(S6,861.00)

bring suit for the completed work and for its damages by reason of your having breached this contract.
There shall be no liability on the part Of the Company for damages reSUlting to utilities or other facilities or
objects buried beneath the area of construction.

- Install Median nose with 8" concrete nose

2. Any controversy or claim arising between the parties of this contract
shall be settled by arbitration in Dallas County, Texas in accordance
with the ruIes of the American Arbitration Association.
3. NTC assumes no liability for damage to existing utility appurtenances
located within the limits of our work.
4. unless specifically stated otherwise, this proposal does not include any
fees required by the City for construction of this project.
