Water Utilities personnel have performed a walk fl~rough of the above refereJ~ced project.
The following items were found to be deficient during the walk through.
I. Manhole at Sm # 2 + 50 Ln D - Tighten bottom band on chimney seal.
2. Manhole at Sm # 17 + 25.87 Ln B - Lateral entering manhole inverted.
3. Manhole at Sm # 12 + 90.31 Line B - Bottom band on chimney seal ncexls
tightened.
4. Sta # 5.100 Ln C - End manhole lateral entering in
5. Sm 6 + 63.70 Ln B - Lateral e~tering manhole in inverted.
6. St:, # 1 + 63.70 - Maqhole chimney seal needs reset and dirt cleaned on! or
bottom.
7. Sm # 0 + 00 Ln B - Remove bucket inside manhole.
8. Valves in pavement at Oibbs Crossing and Village Parkway need
blockouts not str~et cuts. Repair at both ends of street.
9. Fire Hydrant at Block A Lot 17 and 16 needs to be low,red.
10. Valve at Burns Crossing and Village Pm'kway needs pad repoured.
11. 2" Blow-off on Round Rock Circle needs 90" lurned up.
12. Lots 1- 4 Block D - Dirt covtracto,' needs to be brought back to repair existing
lot clean outs and existing meter service can.
13. Wall contractors neexl to u~cover and expose existing manholes and water
valves on MacArthur easement.
14. Existing mainline valve al Lot 6 Block B needs stacked and hole filled in and
pad repoured.
