Dear Mr. Roberson:
Thank you for submitting the survey information on FebruaD' 1, 1995. Based upon that
information. I offer no objection to the existing swimming pool and wrought iron fence
remaining on Lot 35, Block E, as previously constructed.
It is my understanding that modification will be made to the floodplain line, as shown on the
revised plat, in a timely fashion. That modification may take the form of either a replat or an
adjustment of the existing line as shown on the current replat? prior to filing with the County.
I will notify you as soon as possible on what direction the City will require on the adjustment
