Doyle Engineering Group 5580 LBJ Freeway, Suite 260 Dallas, Texas 75240 RE: Erosion Control Structure, 513 Wales Court Dear Mr. Fields: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. No fill will be permitted in the 100 year floodplain unless a flood study is submitted and approved. 2. No off-site grading or construction will be allowed unless permission is granted in writing from adjacent property owners. 3. Trees 4, 5 and possibly 3 cannot be removed unless permission is granted in writing from the owner of 517 Wales Court. 4. The location of the 100 year floodplain shown on the site plans must be as per the FIRM Map dated April 15, 1994, Community Panel # 4801 70 0010E. Also show the 100 year floodplain easement as per the plat for Grand Cove. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans.
