Notification of Repairs/Maintenance Bond

An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following item need to be resolved prior to final acceptance:
1) Repair sanitary sewer service at 482 Wales Court.
Please contact me at 304-3685 to inform me of when your crews will be on the project to correct
the deficiencies.
