Notification of Repairs/Maintenance Bond
Dear Sir:
An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of Coppell prior
to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following items need to be resolved prior to final acceptance:
1) Clean all streets
2) Rout and seal all miscellaneous cracks
3) Ponding between 509 and 513 Wales Court
4) Ponding on east side of Wales Court at the creek
5) Replace 4' section of curb at 524 Wales Court
6) Remove concrete chips from sawed joint and reseal at 513 Wales
7) Reseal redwood joint in front of 521 Wales
8) Backfill behind curb at 482 Wales Court
9) Place sidewalk along Bethel School Road as per plans
10) Reestablish erosion control on unimproved lots.

deficiencies.
