Enclosed you will find the assessment for street light~ on the referenced project. Prior to the
final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $1,463~00 should be made payable to
the City of Coppell and forwarded to Alan Johnson, Finance Director, along with a copy of the
attached street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment
of the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project. If your records show that
you have already paid this fee, please provide a copy of your paid receipt for 'om- records.
